Creative Yin Theming: Learn the framework to develop themes.
Chakra Balancing Yin Yoga Practice: We will begin the day with a 60 minute Chakra Balancing Class.

Instructor Julie is a Yoga Alliance registered Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) certified at the E-RYT500 hour level. Yoga Teachers will qualify for up to 10 hours of Yoga Alliance continuing education credits with successful completion of this course.
